- How much does it cost?
- You can start for free. When you want more, you pay once per event: The Invitation is and Signature is . Bespoke is quoted. No coins, no per-guest fees. See pricing
- Is it a subscription?
- No. Each plan is a one-time payment for one event. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
- What does the free plan include?
- Save the Date is free for up to 25 guests: the wax-seal envelope and opening, live RSVPs with add-to-calendar, email delivery and basic tracking, your Things to know page plus two more sections, the premade envelopes and designs, and printable table games and signs. Customizing designs, guest languages and the Live photo wall come with The Invitation. Every plan except Bespoke carries a small Paper&Seal mark.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- US dollars, Canadian dollars or euros. We show the one that fits where you are, you can switch it on the pricing page, and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes, any time, from Settings in the app. Moving from The Invitation to Signature costs only the difference.
- Is there a discount for my next event?
- Yes. Once you have paid for one event, Signature is 50% off for every other event on your account: USD 17.50 (CAD 24.50, EUR 16). The Invitation stays full price, and the discount does not combine with promotion codes.
- What is the money-back guarantee?
- If it is not right for you, ask within 30 days of buying and we refund you. The event goes back to the free plan. Refund policy
- Do my guests pay anything?
- Never. Guests open, reply and share photos for free, with no app and no account.
- Will my invitations land in spam?
- You choose how each one goes out: by email from us, from your own email, or shared from your phone by WhatsApp, Messenger or text. A message from you is the surest way to reach the inbox.
- Can different guests get different invitations?
- Yes, that's a favourite. With Signature, any guest or group can get its own design, wording, sender, and reply-to.
- Do my guests need an app or an account?
- No. Each guest's private link opens their sealed envelope in any browser. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
- Who can see our guest list?
- Only you and the co-hosts you invite. Each guest's link opens their own invitation and reply, nobody else's. If you add a Who's coming section, guests see who is attending, and any guest can hide their name. Invitations stay out of search engines by default, and we never sell personal information.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. With Bespoke, invitations are hosted on your own domain.
- Can I send invitations in another language?
- Yes. On every plan, an invitation can be in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese. With The Invitation and up, guests pick between several right on the invitation, and translations can be done directly in the app. See multilingual invitations
- Is Paper&Seal only for weddings?
- Paper&Seal is made for every type of event and celebration, from weddings to birthdays to corporate events. The depth of customization means you can shape the invitation to suit any occasion.
- Can I send a card I made in Canva?
- Yes. Upload it as a PNG or JPG on any plan. Guests open it in a sealed envelope and reply right under it.
- How does Paper&Seal compare to other invitation sites?
