Save the dates, sealed and sent

Guests open an envelope, break the seal and pencil you in. When the invitation is ready, it goes to the same list.

For guests

The date, the place, the link

No app and no account. Guests see the date and the place, add it to their calendar, and keep the link for the details to come.

For you

One list from now to the day

Import your list once. Send the save the date now and the invitation later as a second round, with replies landing in the same place.

Questions

When should save the dates go out?
Six to eight months before the wedding, or eight to twelve for a destination wedding or a holiday weekend.
Are digital save the dates free?
Yes for up to 25 guests, with any premade design. A bigger list needs a paid plan, priced once per event.
Can I collect guests' mailing addresses?
Yes. Share one contact link and guests type their own address, ready for paper invitations if you send them.
Should a save the date have an RSVP?
Usually not. Leave the reply form off, or ask a single question like "Do you think you can make it?" to plan numbers early.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Each guest gets their own link that opens in any browser, on any phone.
How does Paper&Seal compare to Zola, Joy or Greenvelope?
Paper&Seal is the one where guests open a sealed envelope, and you pay once per event, never per guest. See the comparisons or Best digital wedding invitations.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 25 guests. Bigger events pay once: The Invitation is $19 and Signature is $35. No subscription, no per-guest fees. See pricing
